ALBUM ORDERING GUIDE
Premium Keepsake Albums are one of the most popular print products we offer! Families often order them year-after-year and watch their families grow with each edition. With thick, lay-flat pages and gorgeous print quality, there’s a good reason our albums have been well loved by families for years.
Here at JWB, I know that designing an album is sometimes the hardest part, so I take that task off of your to-do list! To make the process as seamless as possible, here’s a step-by-step guide to ordering your JWB album:
First, wait until the final gallery (not the proof gallery) is delivered. Note: Outdoor sessions don’t usually include a proof gallery step.
Select your 15-20 favorite images within the gallery. You can do this by clicking the heart icon next to each image. This doesn’t mean that only those specific images will make the final design, but rather that I can be sure your most loved images make it into the book.
Send me an email requesting an album design. Something like “we’d like to move forward with an album, my selections are in!” is perfect.
I will send you a link to the first draft album layout within 2 business days. You’ll be able to indicate any changes you’d like directly in the link. It’s also possible to set up a Zoom meeting in the event that you’d like to see more than a few changes. Here’s the link to schedule that: Zoom Album Design
Once the album design has been approved either via email or over the zoom call, you can move forward with the order within the pic-time online gallery. Add any other print products you’d like to your cart, then check out. Print credits are included in many JWB packages, so you’ll want to use the code provided over email.
Within the pic-time gallery website, head to the “Shop” tab.
Click on “Premium Keepsake Album” and choose your preferred size and cover color. Add to cart.
To add a name and/or date to your album’s front cover, you’ll want to head back to the “Shop” tab and click on “Album Debossing." This is optional. You’ll see a few different options for fonts and colors there, and be able to indicate your preferences. The most popular font with JWB Clients is “Coco Gothic” and we recommend you choose a color that contrasts with with your chosen cover color. Add to cart.
Many families like to add a 5x5 “grandparent sized” album to the cart as well. This option is only available as an add-on purchase to a larger album, and will use the same interior design.
Wait for it to arrive! It takes about 10 days.
